Voice Direction for The Magnificent Trufflepigs, a charming “evening-sized” narrative game about metal-detecting, life and friendship from Thunkd.
Responsibilities included:
voice direction of actors for all game dialogue
development of character performance in collaboration with the writers, producers and sound designers
key decision maker and management of dialogue recording processes
recording engineer for dialogue recording sessions (all remote)
liaison with actors, developers, writer and sound designer
dialogue QA

“They both do a stellar job at bringing the dialogue to life. Although Beth is kind of insufferable, Fish’s portrayal is completely natural. Darvill similarly plays Adam perfectly, delivering a lot of wry retorts and going heavy on empathy. The two of them are the best thing about the game.”
